Medveščak hockey players achieved their 3rd win in a row, beating Czech Znojmo 1:0 with a goal by Netik...

The Bears won with a goal by Tomaš Netik in the 22nd minute, so after Vienna Capitals (4:1) and Innsbruck (3:1), the Ice Hall saw another win over a team that is better placed on the standings than Medveščak. Kevin Poulin saved 41 shots on goal.

The game was also marked by serious injuries of Netik and Tikkanen, who left the ice in the middle of the game.

With this 3rd win in a row, Medveščak moved from 8th to 6th place of the EBEL standings; now they have 24 points.

The next game is on schedule on November 3rd, when Medveščak plays away with Linz, 2nd team on the standings.
