Hockey is coming back to town– secure your spot on time

Even though August barely started, the KHL season is knocking at the door. Medvescak hockey players are training hard to be as ready as possible for the new battle for points, and they can barely wait for that first moment when they will take the ice in the Ice Hall of Dom sportova in front of their fans.

“We are in the middle of training camp, but are all looking forward to coming home and playing in front of our crowd,” Mike Glumac said, and Head Coach Gordie Dwyer, who was again entrusted with leading the team, shares his opinion:

“Being away during a long period of training camp, and then when you look at our schedule in September, we are all happy to be home, even just for a bit. It’s not a secret we enjoyed playing in our home rink last year, and had some of our best games in front of our fans. I don’t expect anything less this season.”

The Bears will be away for the first two games of the new KHL season, after which they’re coming to Zagreb for a home opener on Monday, 29 August against HC Sochi.

The next four days will see two more games: on Wednesday, 31 August against Torpedo (Nizhny Novgorod) and on Friday, 2 September against Spartak (Moscow).

All three games start at 6:45 PM at Dom sportova.

Single game tickets, as well as ticket packages for the first three home games of the 2016/17 KHL season enter regular sale on Monday, 8 August 2016 at noon at all Ticketshop points of sale as well as online on www.ticketshop.hr . Tickets will also be available at Dom sportova box office on game day, 90 minutes before the game starts.

Individual tickets are 40,00 kuna for the stands or 75,00 kuna for the ice stand.

Ticket packages will be offered:

TAKE 2 (games on 31/08 and 02/09): 60,00 kuna

TAKE 3 (games on 29/08, 31/08, and 02/09): 100,00 kuna

For this season there is a new ticket category – ‘student ticket’, tickets for kids between 8 and 13 years of age. Single student ticket is 20,00 kuna.

Children’s tickets can be reserved online when buying regular tickets! Children up to the age of 7 get a free ticket, which you can order as a part of the family package ( one adult ticket gets one children’s ticket for free).

Patrons with Disabilities and their escort have the right to a free ticket, which they can pick up at the box office of Dom sportova after showing their Verification of Disability.
